Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 1/2 l.b. Boneless skinless chicken breasts chopped into bite-size pieces
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice divided
1 tsp. each garam masala, ground coriander, ground cumin and ground red pepper
1 cup Canned tomatoes crushed
1/3 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/4 cup Water
1 tbsp. Oil
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
2 Garlic Cloves minced
1 tsp. Gingerroot minced
1/2 tsp. Cumin
2 Tbsp. Cilantro chopped

Step 1

Combine chicken, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice and 1/2 tsp. of each of the dry seasonings; set aside. Mix tomatoes, dressing, water and remaining dry seasonings in separate bowl.

Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions, garlic, ginger and cumin seed; cook and stir 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Add chicken mixture; cook 2 min. or until chicken is lightly browned, stirring occasionally.

Add tomato mixture; cook 8 min. or until sauce is thickened and chicken is done, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.

Stir in cilantro and remaining lemon juice.
