I am a small business, independent chef and caterer. I offer an intimate service creating bespoke menus from scratch for each client, to best suit their requirements of food, location, situation and budget. I cater for all styles of food production and service in any location.
All types of cuisine undertaken and catered for. I am a classically trained chef originally but have since then branched out into to all facets of cookery styles and methods over the last 20 years. I use as much Locally sourced and seasonal produce as possible, including limited foraged wild produce if possible.
As all menus are bespoke for each client, I can offer many sample menus and have an extensive core ideas list. I generally offer several ideas to each client once I know their requirements or theme and from this initial ‘ideas’ stage we create a menu together. Sample and idea menus are attached to this email in word document format.
